The company established in Nigeria 2006, works in partnership Incyte Ltd UK and have a combined experience of over 30 years in the Education and Business growth sectors.
Teach Right provides professional consultancy and training services to school, State and Local Government and other business sectors in education.
The organisation provides a bespoke consultancy service that enables customers to excel in ways not previously imagined and value our input and continual support.

Bose Akanwo

Bose Akanwo (B.Sc Hons, PGCE, EYPS and CERTIFICATE IN LIFE COACHING) is one of the directors of Teach Right Nig Ltd.

Bose is an international consultant and thorough professional with combined teaching and corporate experience in governmental and entrepreneurial settings. Her expertise lies in educational and learning methodologies. She has developed assembly packs for primary schools and started share project scheme for parents with English as an additional language in Newham Borough. Bose currently helps in the setting up and smooth running of private nursery schools in London and Nigeria. She is an expert in the implementation of the British Curriculum in Nigeria with a proven track record in blending the two curricula. Bose is an executive coach and is also undertaking advanced training in Ofsted Inspection.

Bogusia Matusiak-Varley

 Bogusia Matusiak-Varley is a Director of Incyte Ltd and Managing Director of Top Quality Marque. She has over 30 years experience in both the business and education sectors and is totally committed to lifelong learning. She has held many positions of responsibility and uses these experiences in her work. She is an Ofsted lead inspector, an accredited Ofsted trainer and an executive coach. She has a successful track-record in advising and supporting underperforming schools to become high achieving schools. She has particular skills in the early years’ sector. She is a keynote speaker at many international conferences and, in 2006, delivered a keynote speech for the UK Trade and Investment on “Keeping business afloat when all else appears to be sinking”. Bogusia has outstanding auditing and presentation skills which she has developed whilst working in both public and private organisations. Bogusia speaks three languages and is fluent in English and Polish. She is a master practitioner in NLP and is, at present, researching her PhD in Leadership at Durham University.

Prof Mrs. Ogunsola-Bandele

Prof Mrs. Ogunsola-Bandele D.Sc, Ph.D, M.Ed, B.Ed, LLB Bl) had her first degree in science education, her Masters in Education Curriculum and Instruction in science education, as well as a Doctorate degree in Science education, all from Ahmadu Bello University. She had her post doctoral study from Indiana State University Terre Haute USA.

She is also an Associate Professor & Acting Dean, School of Education, National Open University, Nigeria. She has worked as UNESCO Consultant in Education. A visiting Professor/Advisory Council Member, Ansted University, British Virgin Inland United Kingdom. She was a World Bank consultant In education as well as a visiting professor Indiana state University, Department of Secondary Education. She was also a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Education at the ABU, Zaria.

Mrs. Bandele has served in different educational related capacities. These include, Chairman, Academic Board, Adamawa State University Consultancy. Head,Department of Science education Adamawa State University, Dean, school of Education, /Ag Vice Chancellor, National Open University of Nigeria, Chairman, Review panel on the restricting and introduction of more Science courses for post-graduate students. Chairman,  Review panel on the restructuring of the undergraduate programme in Science education. Coordinator, Northern Zone, science Technology & Maths clinic for girls.

She is also an External Examiner University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg,   South Africa. External Examiner University of Western Cape, Bellville, South Africa. External Examiner University of Maiduguri, for post graduate Students Assessment

Folakemi Akinleye

Folakemi Akinleye (BA Hons, FCA) is at the cutting edge of educational matters in Nigeria.
A Chartered Accountant with diverse experience spanning from Banking to Service industry. An expert in Customer Care with over ten years experience. A great team player and widely travelled person.
One of the founding directors of Teach Right Nig Ltd, a company borne out of the need to improve the educational standard in Nigeria as well as looking at Curriculum change to help face the challenges of the millennium. Also a member of the National American Association of School Suppliers.

Abike Peters

Abike Peters is a highly qualified and experienced trainer and personal development coach.

Following a successful career as a business mentor to start up businesses, Abike moved into personal development training to help people overcome the barriers that hold them back and prevent  them from achieving their full potential.  Abike designs and delivers tailor made training in a range of personal development topics including: self awareness for women, self esteem, effective communication, goal setting, presentation skills and speech training.

Abike is a qualified Neuro – Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner – she also holds an MBA from the University of Wales and Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. She has worked with individuals and businesses across many sectors and uses her expertise in the application of both NLP and marketing techniques to help people to increase their confidence, presentation and communication skills.

Abike has travelled extensively around the world and worked with a wide range of people from many different cultures and walks of life helping them to achieve their goals and reshape their lives.

Whether it is to turn your life around, gain greater confidence, or be able to communicate with greater impact, Abike will work with you and use tried and tested techniques to help you develop the skills you need to live a more successful life. Abike offers private 1-2-1 sessions as well as small group sessions.

Oluwayemisi Onanuga

HND (Accountacy); PGDip (Fin Mgt); BA (Post-School Education); FCTI; CNA.

An experienced professional Accountant, Lecturer and Trainer, member of Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of National Accountants, Yemisi has been involved in system analysis of business process, the design of appropriate financial information system, e-learning training and developed the ‘Training and User-guides’. Her expertise includes lecturing students of ‘Further Education’.

Yemisi with multi-disciplinary skills has knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and vast years experience of accounting, audit, internal control review, tax management and entrepreneurial services consultancy, preparing financial statements and all supporting schedules, ledger reconciliations and verifications.

She has vast experience of working in the Oil and Gas sector in Nigeria with roles involving liaising with people from multi-diverse culture.

Yemisi has knowledge of Oracle PA, HR and Payroll, CRM, System Administration and iSupport. She has participated in business analysis and design, testing, training, support and implementing ORACLE Financials’ GL, AP, AR, CM, PO, FA and iProcurement modules from project conception through ‘going live’ and user-training stages.
